It was easy to drop my car off the night before for a scheduled oil change the next day because they have a secure key drop box. They did exactly as promised & recommended a couple of other maintenance items without being pushy. I was able to pick up my car after hours because they have a secure key pickup box. It was easy to schedule my appointment. I got my appointment quickly & they did an excellent job. Thank you!

As many of you have probably noticed, Satan himself is currently breathing directly onto Earth and the heat has been absolutely disrespectful. So when the A/C in my Porsche started acting up, I took it in because I’m simply not willing to sweat in places that were never designed to sweat. To be honest, I was fully prepared for a massive repair bill and had already started mentally drafting my “For Sale” post for this expensive piece of German engineering. Thankfully, I lucked out. Adolfo, Hannah, and their team were incredible. They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it for about one-third of what I was expecting to pay. Not only did they save my A/C, they saved my relationship with this car. I am now cruising around in arctic-level comfort and couldn’t be happier. At this point, I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. These are officially my people. 10/10 recommend to anyone with a foreign vehicle who’s tired of dealerships charging prices that make you question your life choices.

I have a 2019 X5, so taking it to the local BMW dealership's shop typically ends up being a hassle with me having to fend off the offers to buy a new one. Taking it to Wilmington Auto Solutions, however, is a completely hassle-free, customer-friendly experience. The work you all do leaves my car driving like I just left the lot. Absolutely fantastic work!

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Adolfo and the team at Wilmington Auto Solutions. They were able to diagnose my issue, then work with the manufacturer on a solution. They explained every step in the process thoroughly. They gave me options and guidance on how to proceed, so I felt like I had a choice, instead of a mandate. The team earned my trust and my business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
